Chef Paolo Romano has created a menu of dishes using the best seasonal products. Taking inspiration from our beautiful mountains, all dishes of our menu make mention of our typical perfumes.

Using precious local products, mushrooms of our forests, fish of our rivers; all products are slaughtered and prepared on site daily, and coupled with bread and pasta products made with homemade organic flour.
